“LE DRAME GUINÉEN OU LA QUESTION DE L’ARMÉE AFRICAINE”
Pourquoi les armées africaines quelles qu'elles soient posent des actes infractionnels aussi semblables d'un pays à un autre?. Le mépris démesuré de la personne humaine, le mépris de ses droits les plus élémentaires. Les armées africaines produisent une forme de violence qui a pour caractéristique essentielle d'être méthodique et organisée contre les personnes quant il s'agit d'une certaine action. Et cette violence à la particularité d'être très sanglante et dirigée contre ceux-là mêmes pour lesquels elles ont été conçues, instruites et équipées...

‘’So long as our relationship is defined by our differences, we will empower those who sow hatred rather than peace, and who promote conflict rather than the cooperation that can help all of our people achieve justice and prosperity. This cycle of suspicion and discord must end.

We have the power to make the world we seek, but only if we have the courage to make a new beginning, keeping in mind what has been written.

I want to particularly say this to young people of every faith, in every country – you, more than anyone, have the ability to remake this world.

All of us share this world for but a brief moment in time. The question is whether we spend that time focused on what pushes us apart, or whether we commit ourselves to an effort – a sustained effort – to find common ground, to focus on the future we seek for our children, and to respect the dignity of all human beings.

It is easier to start wars than to end them. It is easier to blame others than to look inward; to see what is different about someone than to find the things we share. But we should choose the right path, not just the easy path.

o The Holy Koran tells us, "O mankind! We have created you male and a female; and we have made you into nations and tribes so that you may know one another."
o The Talmud tells us: "The whole of the Torah is for the purpose of promoting peace."
o The Holy Bible tells us, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God."
The people of the world can live together in peace. We know that is God's vision. Now, that must be our work here on Earth.

THE ASPIRATION OF THE PEOPLE: DEMOCRACY


‘’I do have an unyielding belief that all people yearn for certain things: the ability to speak your mind and have a say in how you are governed; confidence in the rule of law and the equal administration of justice; government that is transparent and doesn't steal from the people; the freedom to live as you choose. Those are not just American ideas, they are human rights, and that is why we will support them everywhere.

There is no straight line to realize this promise. But this much is clear: governments that protect these rights are ultimately more stable, successful and secure. Suppressing ideas never succeeds in making them go away. America respects the right of all peaceful and law-abiding voices to be heard around the world, even if we disagree with them. And we will welcome all elected, peaceful governments – provided they govern with respect for all their people.

This last point is important because there are some who advocate for democracy only when they are out of power; once in power, they are ruthless in suppressing the rights of others. No matter where it takes hold, government of the people and by the people sets a single standard for all who hold power: you must maintain your power through consent, not coercion; you must respect the rights of minorities, and participate with a spirit of tolerance and compromise; you must place the interests of your people and the legitimate workings of the political process above your party.

WITHOUT THESE INGREDIENTS, ELECTIONS ALONE DO NOT MAKE TRUE DEMOCRACY’’.

PAIX –VIE EPHEMERE SUR TERRE ET MISSION

‘’Tant que notre relation restera définie par nos différences, nous donnerons du pouvoir à ceux qui sèment la haine et non la paix et qui encouragent le conflit au lieu de la coopération qui peut aider nos deux peuples à connaître la justice et la prospérité. C’est ce cycle de la méfiance et de la discorde qui doit être brisé. Vivre ensemble dans le monde, voilà ce que cela signifie au vingt et unième siècle. C’est la responsabilité que nous avons les uns envers les autres en tant qu’êtres humains. Nous avons le pouvoir de construire le monde auquel nous aspirons, mais seulement si nous avons le courage de prendre un nouveau départ, en gardant à l’esprit ce qui a été écrit.

Nous partageons tous cette planète pendant un court instant. À nous de décider si nous passons ce temps à nous concentrer sur ce qui nous sépare ou si nous nous engageons à faire ce qu’il faut – de façon soutenue – pour trouver un terrain d’entente, pour nous concentrer sur l’avenir que nous désirons pour nos enfants, et pour respecter la dignité de tous les êtres humains.

Tout ceci n’est pas simple. Il est plus facile de se lancer dans une guerre que de faire la paix. Il est plus facile de blâmer autrui que de s’examiner soi-même ; il est plus facile de voir ce qui nous distingue, plutôt que ce que nous avons en commun. Mais il faut choisir le bon chemin, et non le plus facile.
 Le Saint Coran nous dit : « Ô hommes ! Nous vous avons créés d’un mâle et d’une femelle, et Nous avons fait de vous des nations et des tribus, pour que vous vous entre-connaissiez. »
 Le Talmud nous dit : « Toute la Torah a pour objectif de promouvoir la paix. »
 La Bible nous dit : « Bienheureux les artisans de paix : ils seront appelés fils de Dieu. »

Les habitants du monde peuvent cohabiter en paix. Nous savons que telle est la vision de Dieu. C’est maintenant notre tâche sur cette Terre.

L’ASPIRATION DE TOUS LES PEUPLES : LA DEMOCRATIE

‘’Mais j’ai la ferme conviction que tous les peuples aspirent à certaines choses : la possibilité de s’exprimer et d’avoir une voix dans la façon dont ils sont gouvernés ; la confiance en l’État de droit et l’application équitable de la justice ; un gouvernement qui est transparent et qui ne vole pas ce qui appartient à son peuple ; la liberté de vivre selon leur choix. Il ne s’agit pas simplement d’idéaux américains, il s’agit des droits de l’homme et c’est pourquoi nous les encouragerons dans le monde entier.

C’est vrai, il n’y a pas de route directe pour honorer cette promesse. Mais une chose est claire, les gouvernements qui défendent ces droits sont à terme plus stables, meilleurs et plus en sécurité. La suppression des idées ne réussit jamais à les éliminer. L’Amérique respecte la liberté d’expression de tous ceux, dans le monde entier, qui sont pacifiques et respectueux de la loi, même si nous ne sommes pas d’accord avec eux. Nous accueillerons tous les gouvernements élus pacifiques – à condition qu’ils gouvernent en respectant toutes leurs populations.

Ce point est important car il y a ceux qui encouragent la démocratie uniquement lorsqu’ils ne sont pas au pouvoir ; et une fois au pouvoir ils sont sans scrupules dans la suppression des droits d’autrui. Quel que soit là où il prend forme, le gouvernement du peuple et par le peuple est le seul étalon par lequel on mesure tous ceux qui sont au pouvoir : il faut conserver le pouvoir par le consentement du peuple et non la coercition ; il faut respecter les droits des minorités et participer, dans un esprit de tolérance et de compromis ; il faut mettre les intérêts du peuple et le déroulement légitime du processus politique avant ceux de son parti.

SANS CES INGREDIENTS, LES ELECTIONS NE CREENT PAS UNE VRAIE DEMOCRATIE A ELLES SEULES.

Globalization

The social, economic, political and legal factors which handicap the preached globalisation, or which complicates of it full realization and making it apparently utopian, are called: ignorance, illiteracy, misery, unemployment, corruption, despotism, use of the brutal force, crippled economy, dogmatic approach, violence and police brutality and institutional, racism, iniquity, racial discrimination and perversion and environmental degradation etc.. Let us act so that these factors are treated effectively to the benefit of those who support everywhere in the world, peace, justice, the equality of all men and women, the freedom and the dignity of men and women.
